As part of World Antibiotic Awareness Week, Santé Publique France published its annual “One
Health” summary on November 19, 2022.
This document presents the main results of the surveillance of antibiotic consumption and resistance,
for 2021, in human and animal health and in the environment. It also highlights the actions
implemented for prevention, infection control and stewardship. It targets human, animal and
environmental health professionals and is accessible to people who are not specialists in antibiotic
resistance.
Many PROMISE actors contributed to its writing.
