From 18 to 24 November 2024 was the World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week (WAAW) on the theme Act Now: Protect Our Present, Secure Our Future. Each year, this is an opportunity to raise awareness of the problem of antimicrobial resistance among the general public (and also among professionals in every sector – human, animal and environmental), and to promote best practice in this area.
Numerous organisations, institutions and other players took the opportunity to disseminate key information (reports, publications, articles, tools, videos, etc.) on antimicrobial resistance, the global One Health approach and, more generally, on antimicrobial resistance.
