Congratulations to the PRIMO network, successful winner of a JPIAMR “network” call, for its BASICS
project (Bridging Antimicrobial resistance Surveillance systems In Community Settings across Europe).
BASICS brings together 18 partners from 11 different countries around 4 objectives:
- Describe the structure of clinical microbiology services for primary care,
- Identify existing antimicrobial resistance surveillance networks,
- Assess the interoperability of antimicrobial resistance surveillance systems and data at European level,
- Explore strategies to disseminate these data nationally and internationally,
More information on the BASICS project can be found on the JPIAMR website.
