On November 20, 2023, at the Auditorium Center François Jacob of the Pasteur Institute, a symposium will be held on the political issues of antibiotic resistance. It is co-organized by the Institut Pasteur and Sciences Po.
This event will focus on the major challenges of antibiotic resistance and the management of antibiotics as a common good. The event will be organized around three roundtables exploring the following questions: how a health problem becomes a complex political issue, what incentives are needed to promote responsible production, innovation and consumption of antibiotics, and finally questions the actions and coalitions of actors required to implement and evaluate effective policies.
On this occasion, the PROMISE meta-network will be present, through Marie-Cécile PLOY, project coordinator, during the first round table on “the impossible putting of antibiotic resistance on the agenda”. Registrations are open until November 10!
