On 15 November 2024, a seminar was held at the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion in Paris (Tour Séquoia Auditorium, La Défense). The seminar was co-organised by the PROMISE meta-network, the Société de Pathologie Infectieuse de langue française (SPILF), the SPILF’s Groupe Bon Usage des Antibiotiques and the Centre de Référence en Antibiothérapie PACA (PACATB).
The theme of the conference was ‘A One Health approach to antibiotic resistance: the combined impact of human, animal and environmental practices’. The event had a number of objectives, and many speakers took part. 3 sessions were held:
- Session 1 – One Health overview of antimicrobial resistance
- Session 2 – What are the obstacles and levers for reducing the consumption of biocides and antibiotics at European, national and local level?
- Session 3 – Reducing our impact on antibiotic resistance through operational tools and local dynamics
The speakers’ presentations are now available to download. You can also find the biographies of the moderators and speakers in a dedicated document, as well as summaries of the speakers’ presentations (if available).
Video recordings of the seminar are also available. You can browse by chapter (by intervention) for each video available (one video per session).
Once again, the organising team would like to thank all the participants for their involvement.
