In November 2025, to mark World Antimicrobial Awareness Week (WAAW), the PROMISE meta-network and its partners launched the interactive website Antibio, ça résiste… Tous concernés, tous actifs !.
Its aim? To provide a comprehensive, multi-sectoral overview of current knowledge on antibiotic resistance and ways to prevent it, thereby fostering mutual understanding between different sectors to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR) effectively and sustainably.
Following the success of this interactive website since its launch, it is only natural that an English version is now available: https://www.antibioresistance-une-seule-sante.fr/en.
It is worth noting that this interactive website is primarily aimed at healthcare professionals across the three sectors (human, animal and environmental). This is because, if we are to hope to curb the spread of resistance between humans, animals and environmental ecosystems, only a holistic One Health approach involving professionals from the various sectors seems capable of making a difference.
The interactive website ‘Antibio… Mounting resistance’ allows users to navigate non-linearly according to topic:
- The entries ‘Risks’, “Solutions” and ‘National strategies’ can be accessed via the menu at the bottom of the page.
- The entries ‘Human health (Alice)’, ‘Animal health (Tom)’ and ‘Environment (Sofia)’ can be accessed via the characters in the centre of the page.
- Clicking on the ‘pills’ on the home page allows you to learn more about a particular topic (Hospital, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Livestock Farming, Wildlife, etc.).
- On each page, users are invited to click on various elements to find out more about antimicrobial resistance and the One Health approach.
Please note that in March 2026, this interactive website served as a platform for webinar “Antibiorésistance – Une seule santé” as part of the One Health Festival. Don’t wait any longer to (re)discover it, this time in English! ⤵️
